Wash and Fold Questions
We are fully attended so you can leave your clothes with us any time during operating hours.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your laundry. Plus we offer a hypoallergenic option for people with allergies and sensitive skin.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.39/lb.
There is a 10-pound minimum for our wash and fold service.
Your clean clothes will be ready for pickup in 24 hours or less.
We never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Our pickup and delivery cost is only $1.69 a pound.
There is a $17 minimum order.
It is simple and usually takes less than two minutes. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and fill in your information.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. If an order is picked up on a Friday it will be returned on Monday.
You do not. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so we know where to find them.
No problem! When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can tell us if you have specific laundry instructions. These instructions are saved and done every time you place an order with us.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. You card is not charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that cinches closed.
If you have a scheduled pick up when you are out of town, you can go into your account and suspend your pickup service until you return.
